Instead of usual salt, sea salt can be bought in stores, but where is usual salt – there is no answer for the citizens of Brest, Radio Racyja informs.
“Today, people buy up salt, we do not even know why they need it so much” – said Maria, the seller from one of shops on Soviet street.
- Yes, salt has been bought up for half a day, people are afraid that it will rise in price, they say its price has already risen to 4000, but the matches have not yet been purchased, soon they will also be bought up. There are different prices in different stores, as they say.
Almost a month ago the citizens of Brest rushed to buy sugar, but recently market fever has been over and sugar reappeared in stores.
